Granny Katter’s Molasses Crisps
¾ c butter
1 c sugar
1 egg
¼ c molasses
2c flour
½ t salt
2 t soda
½ t cloves
½ t ginger
1 t cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and molasses and beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to wet mixture and mix well. Make into small balls and roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
